Caroline Russell received her Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed her administrative fellowship at Duke University Health System, then stayed on to administratively manage and direct The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center and Thoracic Oncology Program.
Caroline has been with Mayo Clinic since 2016 and currently serves as an Associate Administrator. She has been part of our WeCareJax board since 2023 and we are grateful for her continued service to health equity in Duval County!
