Meet the newest members of the WeCareJax Primary Care Clinic Network: the Philippine Nurse Association of Northeast Florida (PNANEF) Volunteer Health Clinic!
PNANEF is a national chapter of the Philippine Nurses Association of America and greatly contributes to the improvement of healthcare in the community. Patients are able to visit PNANEF for all primary care needs, as well as to receive treatment for chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia.
Patients who visit PNANEF for specialty care be referred to WeCareJax for coordination of needed specialty diagnostic and medical care on their road to wellness.
The PNANEF clinic is offered on the first Saturday of every month from 9 AM to 2 PM at 32225 University Boulevard South (home during the week to the Duval County Health vaccination clinic).
