Patient Success Story – Nohemi
In April of 2019, Nohemi, a mother of three, came to WeCareJax after receiving the devastating diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer. After meeting with Nohemi to evaluate her needs, a patient services specialist connected her to the Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center where she had a complete team of doctors dedicated to helping her beat cancer.
After intense chemo, radiation, and home health treatment, Nohemi is officially clear of cancer! Fast forward to today, about eight months since her first visit, Nohemi is enjoying a cancer-free life and looks forward to having a happy, healthy holiday season with her family.WeCareJax is so grateful to celebrate this news with Nohemi and our network of physicians, providers, and caregivers committed to compassionate care.
